淡黄花百合种子生物学特性及萌发特性测定

摘    要:【目的】测定淡黄花百合种子的基本特性及萌发所需的基本条件,以期为淡黄花百合的开发利用奠定基础。【方法】用游标卡尺法、目测法及百粒重法等测定淡黄花百合种子的生物学特性,并设置不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)及化学药剂浸种(0.3% KMnO4溶液、0.1% KH2PO4溶液、10% NaClO溶液、清水)对其种子萌发的影响。【结果】淡黄花百合种子大多为卵形,淡黄色,千粒重6.7 g,平均含水量15%,吸水量0.32 g/g;在25℃时种子的各萌发特征最好;清水浸种处理种子的萌发率最高,为100.0%,10% NaClO浸种处理种子的萌发率最低,为86.7%。【结论】淡黄花百合种子萌发对温度敏感,25℃为最适温度;淡黄花百合种子对3种药剂不敏感,在育苗时无需使用任何特殊化学药剂处理。

Abstract:【Objective】The biological and germination characteristics of Lilium sulphureum Baker. seeds were studied to provide references for its exploitation and utilization. 【Method】The biological characteristics were investigated using vernier calliper, visual method and 100-seed weight method. The germination characteristics were studied by soaking seeds in different chemical agents (0.3% KMnO4, 0.1% KH2PO4,10% NaClO and water) under different temperature (15,20,25 and 30℃). 【Result】The majority of Lilium sulphureum Baker. seeds, yellow and ovate, had the 1000-seed weight of 6.7g, average moisture content of 15% and soakage content of 0.32 g/g. The germination characteristics of seeds were best at 25℃. Water-soaked seeds had the highest germination rate (100.0%), while 10% NaClO-soaked ones had the lowest (86.7%). 【Conclusion】The Lilium sulphureum Baker. seeds were sensitive to temperature and the opportune germination temperature was 25℃. However they were not sensitive to chemical agents, so no special chemical agent is needed during the seedling culture.
