春大豆新品种桂春豆104的选育及高产栽培技术

摘    要:【目的】选育抗逆性好、适应性广、高产、优质、适合广西间套种种植的春大豆新品种,为广西大豆产业发展提供支持。【方法】采用杂交育种方法,选用桂春1号为母本、桂早一号为父本进行有性杂交,经系谱法选育而成,逐年参加品比、区试及生产试验,并进行性状观察、品质鉴定及配套栽培技术研究。【结果】育成的大豆新品种桂春豆104,表现早熟、高产、优质、适合间套种栽培,区试平均产量为2685.0kg/ha,生产试验平均产量为2878.8kg/ha,分别较对照品种增产3.3%和5.7%;粗蛋白平均含量39.25%,粗脂肪平均含量21.23%;抗病性和耐旱性强,适应性广。2012年通过广西农作物品种审定委员会审定。【结论】桂春豆104可在广西作春大豆种植,适合间套种。

Abstract:Objective]The objective of the experiment was to breed a new spring soybean variety with strong resistance,wide adaptability,high yield and good grain quality,which was suitable for intercropping in Guangxi. Method]The new soybean variety was developed by crossing female parent Guichun 1 with male parent Guizao 1 using pedigree method, and was tested in comparative trial, regional trial and production test year by year. The agronomic traits and quality characteristics were investigated. Its cultivation technique was also studied. Result]The newly bred soybean variety Guichundou 104 was characterized by early maturity, high yield, good quality, stronger disease resistance and drought tolerance, wide adaptability, and suitable for intercropping. Guiehundou 104 attained 2685.0 kg/ha average yield in regional trial and 2878.8 kg/ha average yield in production test, which was 3.3% and 5.7% higher than CK. The crude protein content was 39.25% and fat content was 21.23%. It was registered and certified by Guangxi Committee for Crop Variety Registration in 2012. Conclusion ] Guiehundou 104 could be planted in spring, which was suitable for intercropping in Guagnxi.
