| 摘 要： | 目的]探究农业科研成果在农业投入、农业人力资本的共同作用下对农业经济增长的贡献,为相关政府部门和科研工作者提供参考.方法]运用ADF检验、协整检验、误差修正模型及Granger因果关系检验等计量经济方法和扩展的C-D生产函数对农业科研成果与农业经济增长关系进行分析.结果]农业科研成果与农业经济增长之间存在长期均衡关系,且农业科研成果和农业资本投入与农业经济增长呈正相关,而农业劳动力与农业经济增长呈负相关.农业科研成果对农业经济增长的贡献仅为25.4％,仍处于一个较低水平.建议]加大财政支农投入,合理配置支农资金,确保支农资金落实到位;加强农业科研投入力度,增加农业科研成果产出,提高农业科研成果转化水平;加强农民技能培训,提升农民技术水平,转移农村剩余劳动力,以促进农业经济增长.

| Abstract: | Objective]Contribution of agricultural scientific research achievements combining with agricultural input and labor cost on agricultural economic growth in China were studied to provide references for relevant government depart- ments and researchers. Method]The augmented C-D production function was used to analyze the relationship between scientific research achievement and economic growth in agriculture. Some other econometric methods, such as ADF test, counteraction test, error correction model and Granger causality test were also applied. Result ]The results showed that there existed a long-term equilibrium relationship between agricultural scientific research and agricultural economic growth in China. Both agricultural scientific research and agricultural capital investment had positive influence on agricul- tural economic growth, while agricultural labor had negative impact on agricultural economic growth. But the contribution rate of scientific research achievements on agricultural growth was only 25.4%, which was still at a low level. Suggestion] A series of suggestions were put forward to promote the agricultural economic growth in China, which were more agricul- tural capital investment, appropriate capital configuration, guaranteed agricultural financial aid, more agricultural research input, more agricultural scientific achievements, improved agricultural scientific transfer level, enhanced skills training for farmers and more flow of surplus rural labor. |
