摘    要:【目的】研究BGA土壤调理剂在不同土壤类型中对甘蔗苗期生长的影响,为BGA土壤调理剂在生产上的应用提供参考。【方法】以桂糖02-281和ROC22作为试验品种,采用室外桶栽试验,分别以壤土和粘土为栽培基质,设不同BGA施用量(0、2、4 、6、8 g/kg土)处理及施用复合肥(1.2 g/kg土)处理,测定不同处理对甘蔗苗期叶片叶绿素含量、株高和叶片营养元素含量。【结果】桶栽甘蔗施用BGA土壤调理剂,可促进甘蔗苗期的生长,提高叶片叶绿素含量,增加植株高度,明显提高甘蔗叶片中N、K含量。在同类型土壤条件下不同甘蔗品种间的效应一致,而对于同一甘蔗品种下粘土施用效果比壤土显著,其中6、8 g/kg土施用量的促进效果较显著。【结论】BGA土壤调理剂对桶栽甘蔗苗期生长具有促进作用。

Abstract:【Objective】The experiments aimed to study the growth effect of the BGA soil conditioner on sugarcane at seedling stage in different soil types so that relevant information could be provided for applying BGA soil conditioner in sugarcane production. 【Method】Outdoor pot-culture trial was designed for two types of soil(loam and clay), two varieties(Guitang 02-281 and ROC22),and four BGA treatment levels(B1, B2, B3, B4 with 2, 4, 6, 8 g BGA/kg soil, respectively) with CK1 (blank control) and CK2 (1.2 g compound fertilizer/kg soil control). Then chlorophyll content, plant height and nutrient content in leaves at sugarcane seedling stage were measured in varied treatments. 【Result】Under pot experiment,BGA soil conditioner could promote the growth of sugarcane seedling, increase chlorophyll content and plant height,improve nitrogen and potassium content of sugarcane leaf significantly. The effect of BGA treatment in clay was evidently better than in loam,but the effect was similar between the two varieties in the same soil. Meanwhile, the best effect was achieved in 6 and 8 g/kg BGA. 【Conclusion】BGA soil conditioner can stimulate the growth of sugarcane seedling in pots.
