摘    要:目的]通过分析同工酶的酶谱特征,研究辣椒种类间的亲缘关系。方法]以12个辣椒材料为试材,进行POD同工酶电泳,对不同浓度分离胶进行选择,并应用POD同工酶对12个辣椒材料,进行亲缘关系的鉴定。结果]POD同工酶以浓度10%的分离胶分离效果最好,得到的酶带最清晰,有利于进行相关分析。12个辣椒材料遗传距离在0~0.51范围内,当遗传距离为0.36时,可以将其分为3类;当遗传距离为0.16时,可以将其分为6类。结论]利用POD同工酶进行分类,分类结果与根据辣椒果实性状进行的分类基本一致,说明利用同工酶分类法可行。

Abstract:Objective]The aim of the research was to study the genetic relationship between pepper species by analyzing the zymogram features of isozymes.Method] 12 kinds of pepper materials were used for experiment of POD isozymes electrophoresis .Different concentrations of gel were chosen. And the genetic relationship of 12 pepper materials was identified using POD isozymes.Result] 10% concentration of gel was suitable for POD isozyme analysis. Clear enzyme band was helpful for correlative analysis. Genetic distance of 12 varieties changed from 0 to 0.51.It could be divided into three kinds species when genetic distance was 0.36, six kinds when it was 0.16.Conclusion] The classification result with POD isozymes electrophoresis was consistent with which identified by fruit characters.
