| 摘 要： | 现代农业科技革命的标志是现代高新的生物技术和信息技术在农业领域的具体应用。面向现代农业科技革命的农技推广人才队伍发展对策是:加大政策扶持力度,提高农技推广人才的社会地位;加强培训工作,提高农技推广人才的素质;增强创新意识,提高农技推广人才解决实际生产问题的能力。

| Abstract: | The marks of morden agricultural revolution of scientific and technology was the apply of the morden bio-teachnology and information teachnology in the agriculture sphere. It should be follows that developing policy of ranks of agricultural spread qualified scientists and tenchnicians be geared to the needs of the morden agricultural revolution. First, with strong nations policy''s support, highten the social status for the ranks of agricultural spread qualified scientists and tenchnicians ; Second, inhence the training , improve all quality of the agricultural spread qualified scientists and tenchnicians; Third should be enhence awareness of blaze new trails, raise the ability to solve realistic problems of agricultural spread qualified scientists and tenchnicians . |
