水竹无性繁殖育苗技术的研究

摘    要:本文根据连续 5年田间试验观测资料 ,对水竹无性繁殖育苗技术进行了系统的研究 ,结果表明 :5种植物激素 15种组合处理水竹竹鞭 ,与对照相比成活率均有不同程度提高 ,其中以ABT3号 50 ppm溶液浸泡 8小时效果最好 ,成活率达 85%。在不同性状竹鞭中 ,以壮龄鞭 (2~ 4年生 ) ,粗鞭 (鞭径≥ 0 .6 2 cm)和长鞭 (鞭长≥ 80 cm)组合为最佳生产条件 ;竹鞭性状影响育苗成活率的主次顺序为 :鞭龄、鞭长、鞭径。两段式长鞭分株育苗是提高竹鞭育苗成活率及苗木质量的关键技术 ,其成活率高达 95% ,新鞭占有率达 72 .8%。

Abstract:Systematical research has been done on the offset rasiing techniques of Phyllostachys heteroclada by clone propagation based on 5 year field observation data.It shows that the survival rates of young offsets from rhizome which are treated by 5 kinds of phyto hormnes with a combination of 15 sorts do increase in different degrees,as compared with control test,in which the combination of dipping rhizome in a solution of No.3 ABT in a concentration of 50 ppm is the best,or the survival rate can reach upto 85%.The sequence of influence of bamboo rhizome traits on survival rate of prospective offsets is in order rhizome age,rhizome length and rhizome diameter,in which the optimal rhizome combination for offset raising is robust in age(2 4 years),thicker in diameter(over 0.62 cm),and longer in length(over 80 cm).The two stage long rhizome offset raising is a key technique for enhancing its survival rate and qualities,or its survival rate is reached to as high as 95%,and ratio of new rhizome in a offset 72.8%.
