| 摘 要： | 目的]研究了霍山石斛杂交种与其亲本在3年的生长周期中多糖、生物碱及可溶性蛋白质含量变化的规律,以期为霍山石斛种质资源改良和合理采收提供理论依据。方法]多糖含量、总生物碱含量及可溶性蛋白质含量分别采用浓硫酸-苯酚比色法、溴甲酚绿酸性染料比色法、考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法测定。结果]杂交种2年茎与3年茎多糖和总生物碱含量均与霍山石斛接近;杂交种及其亲本多糖含量均为2年茎最高,3年茎下降较大;生物碱含量在3年中均为逐年增高。结论]杂交种（F1代）药效成分含量积累表现为近霍山石斛的特性。若依照不同的用药目的,则可于第2年或第3年采收,比民间传统的＂存三去四＂法可提前1-2年。
