摘    要:探讨了农业机械手的造型、液压回路及控制部分的设计。该机械手主要采用了CAD/CAE软件来进行设计分析,提高了设计的效率、可行性和科学性。为此,针对当前农业的产品种类逐渐增加的发展趋势,对本机械手进行手部可调整设计,从而可以采摘不同形状的农业产品。S7-200型号的PLC和液压技术在该机械手中的应用,使设备整体结构紧凑,工作更加稳定,通过机电仿真软件建立机械手总装模型并完成仿真,为该机械手的实际生产提供了重要参考。

Abstract:This paper discussed the modelling design,hydraulic circuit design and the control part design of agricultural manipulator.This manipulator mainly adopts CAD/CAE software to undertake designing and analysis,it′s improve the design efficiency,feasibility and scientific.Aim at the variety categories of the current of agricultural product development trend is gradually increasing,adjusted design is adopted on this manipulator,which can be picking up different shape of agricultural product.S7-200 PLC and hydraulic technology in the application of this manipulator,equipment′s structure and operation is made compact and stable.And through the electromechanical simulation software is built and complete the manipulators assembly model of the manipulator,for the actual production provides important reference.
