基于遗传规划的树皮纹理图像识别

摘    要:图像纹理识别广泛应用于农业、林业和纺织业等领域,自动图像纹理识别是发展方向,人们不断在研究探索图像纹理识别方法。为此,选用了5类树皮纹理图像作为识别图像集,以灰度共生矩阵方法提取图像特征,用遗传规划分类算法进化图像纹理识别器,完成了图像纹理识别测试,取得了比较理想的图像纹理识别结果,为遗传规划在图像纹理识别的应用做了有益的尝试和探索。

Abstract:Image texture recognition is widely used in agriculture,forestry,textile industry and other fields,and automatic identification is the direction for the image texture.Much study has been done to explore the image texture recognition method.Category 5 bark texture images were selected as recognition sets for image texture recognition test,through GLCM(Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix) approach to extract image features and with genetic programming classification algorithms to evolve image classifier.Finally relatively good image texture recognition results were obtained,which proves a useful experiment in exploration for genetic programming application in image texture recognition.
