伊氏锥虫感染引起家兔的免疫抑制反应的研究

摘    要:本文系统地观察和分析了家兔感染伊氏锥虫后外周血液淋巴细胞的动态变化。结果表明,家兔在受感梁后的第二周,淋巴细胞的转化率就明显降低(P<0.05),直到感染四周时,细胞内的cAMP水平才出现明显的升高(P<0.01)。二者的水平一直维持至动物死亡。此结果提示感染兔发生了持续的免疫抑制,免疫抑制的形成与疫病的发生有直接相关性。文中对免疫抑制的形成机理进行了探讨。并指出阻止免抑制的发生,是提高动物免疫的

Abstract:A HPLC method was established to detect the intracelluar cAMP level of peripheral monocytes of rabbits during Trypanosma evansi infection,under PHA stimulation,and to determine its relation with immunosuppression.Early at the 10th day post infection,the transfermation rate of these cells singificantly decreased(p<0.05) and the declination persist hereafter.Meanwhile,the cAMP level remained unchanged until the four weeks post-infection then an obvious increase follwed(p<0.01).Interestingly,cells collected from resistant rabbits which was received a vaccine was not shown transformation changes except in the fourth week that it sharply increased and rapidly returned normal.Therefore,it was suggested that intracelluare AMP changs be part of some important regulation mechanisms in immune cells,and that immunosuppressionplay direct role in tissue inflammation.
