| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background and the status of mechanical innovative design. We need to improve the operation and management mechanism and improve measures to guide the incentive mechanism. The measures taken by the college of mechanical engineering of Hainan University has done in cultivating students' ability of mechanical creative design. It provides the reference for the other school of mechanical creative design. |
