杂交稻新组合产量及其抗旱性的鉴定与评价

摘    要:以30个杂交稻新组合为材料,采用淹水和旱作处理,考察了杂交稻新组合产量及其性状(有效穗/株、总粒数、空粒数、结实率、千粒重和单株产量)对干旱的响应,并运用性状抗旱响应度的隶属函数值进行了杂交稻新组合抗旱性的单一和综合鉴定与评价.结果表明:淹水和旱作条件下,杂交稻新组合产量及其性状的变异系数大小不一,以空粒数最大,千粒重最小;且淹水条件下空粒数的变异系数大于旱作,其他性状则相反.不同杂交稻新组合产量及其性状的抗旱响应度不一,以其为分类和鉴定指标发现,大部分都为中抗,只有极少组合为高抗和低抗.不同杂交稻新组合产量及其性状抗旱响应度的隶属函数值和综合抗旱力不一,以其为分类和鉴定指标发现,高抗、中抗和低抗的组合分布较均匀.相关和判别分析发现,结实率抗旱响应度与抗旱系数呈极显著正相关,且分类判别正确百分率最高,达70%,可作为杂交稻抗旱性鉴定与评价的可靠间接衡量指标在生产上加以利用.

Abstract:Thirty new hybrid rice combinations were selected as experiment material and were planted in the dry land and wet land in this experiment,Yields and their traits(effective panicle per plant,total grain number,no-filled grains,seed setting ratio,1000-grain weight,grain yield per plant) in new hybrid rice combinations,single and comprehensive identification and evaluation of the new hybrid rice combinations were carried with the fuzzy subordinate function value of drought response percentage(DRP) in yield traits.The results showed that coefficient of variation(C.V.) in the yields and their traits of new hybrid rice combinations were different in the wetland and dry land,the maximum with no-filled grains and the minimum with the 1000-grain weight.C.V.of no-filled grains in the wetland was larger than that in the dry land,C.V.of the others in the dry land were larger than those in the wetland.DRP of yields and their traits in different new hybrid rice combinations were different;Regarded them as the criterion of classification and evaluation,middle drought resistances of hybrid rice combinations were most,high and low were few.Fuzzy subordinate function value of DRP and comprehensive drought resistance of yields and their traits in different new hybrid rice combinations were different;Regarded them as the criterion of classification and evaluation,low,middle and high drought resistances of hybrid rice combinations were slightly same.Markedly significant correlation between the DRP of seed setting ratio and drought-resistant coefficient were positive.Discrimination percentage of types that were classified by seed setting ratio was the highest with 70%,so seed setting ratio was the indirect and dependable index as the identification and evaluation on drought resistance of hybrid rice.
