摘    要:目的 观察微创血肿清除术后醒脑静联合局部亚低温治疗外伤性脑内血肿的临床疗效.方法 116例外伤性脑实质出血患者均接受微创血肿清除术,术后随机分为联合治疗组(醒脑静+局部亚低温,42例)、醒脑静组(36例)及局部亚低温组(38例),采用多田公式和Scandinavian中风量表(SSS)评估治疗前后的血肿大小和临床疗效....

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection and local sub-hypothermia(LSH) in patients with traumatic intracerebral hematoma(TIH) after micro-invasive hematoma evacuation.Methods A total of 116 TIH patients underwent micro-invasive evacuation and then were randomly divided into combined group(Xingnaojing + LSH,42 cases),Xingnaojing group(36 cases) and LSH group(38 cases).Hematoma volume and clinical outcomes were evaluated by Tada formula and Scandinavian Stroke Scale(SSS) before and after treatment.Results Hematoma volume in combined group was significantly lower than that in Xingnaojing and LSH groups on day 3 after treatment(P〈0.01).Compared with Xingnaojing and LSH groups,SSS scores increased but hematoma volume decreased in combined group on days 7 and 14(P〈0.01).SSS scores in combined and LSH groups were superior to those in Xingnaojing group on day 30(P〈0.01).Conclusion Combined treatment of Xingnaojing and LSH can reinforce hematoma absorption and nervous function recovery in TIH patients after micro-invasive hematoma evacuation.
