| 摘 要： | 将80只1日龄健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为4组，每组20只。常规免疫程序进行免疫，并分别于1日龄皮下注射生理盐水以及不同剂量的当归多糖，连续7d，于7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56日龄采血，检测AI和ND抗体效价，探讨当归多糖的免疫佐剂效果。试验结果表明：各组当归多糖均能提高AI—HI和ND—HI抗体效价，其中中剂量组抗体高峰期持续时间长，免疫后期有延长较高抗体存在的趋势，具有较好的免疫辅助效果。

| Abstract: | 80 one - day - old chickens were randomly divided into four groups, each with 20. Experimental groups and control group are hypodermical injected physiological saline and different doses of the ASP Separately for seven consecutive days, and then draw blood on the 7th,14th ,21st .28th ,35th ,42th,49th,56th to detect AI -HI and ND -HI antibody titers,and evaluate the immune adjuvant effect of ASP. The results of the experiment showed that there is enhancement of AI - HI and ND - HI antibody titers in every experimental group, and,middle dose of the ASP has the best Immunity effect. |
