| 摘 要： | 对热喷涂技术在食品用滚筒干燥机表面处理中的技术应用进行了介绍。通过详细探讨热喷涂工艺和控制质量的关键技术方案，提出了一种“三管吹扫”的工艺技术方法。进而讨论材料、设备、工艺参数、控制技术方案和关键技术，并且对食品用滚筒干燥机表面处理技术进行了对比。

| Abstract: | Technical application of thermal spraying technology on surface treatment of food drum dryer was introduced.By discussing in detail key technology scheme of thermal spraying process and quality control，a process and technology method of“three-pipe purging”was put forward.Then the materials，equipment，process parameters，control technology solutions and key technologies were discussed，and the surface treatment technology of food drum dryer were compared. |
