远红光辐照对干旱胁迫下生菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为探究在远红光和干旱胁迫共同影响下,生菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的最优组合,选择3个品种生菜设置不同程度干旱条件,在远红光不同辐照模式下,进行3因素3水平正交试验,确定正交试验最优水平及3因素主次关系,分析适宜生菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的最优方案并进行验证。结果表明:夜间对散叶品种进行远红光间断辐照,种子萌发期无干旱胁迫,幼苗期增加质量浓度为100 g/L的PEG溶液条件下,生菜种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、茎叶长和鲜重达到最优水平,分别比最不利水平增加107.84%、63.27%、74.02%、173.75%、70.53%和234.26%;正交试验影响因素按照强弱程度依次为生菜品种、夜间远红光环境和干旱程度;经验证表明,散叶生菜幼苗阶段在轻度干旱条件下进行夜间远红光间断补充辐照,与远红光连续辐照或无干旱胁迫相比,根长、茎叶长与鲜重分别增长2.75%~45.45%、13.43%~67.10%和7.46%~81.15%,更有利于幼苗根茎叶伸长与鲜重积累。综上,本研究可为探索植物萌芽和苗期生长发育的光促进手段提供参考。

Effects of far-red light irradiation on the seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce under drought stress

Abstract:In order to explore the best growth effect of lettuce seed germination and seedling growth under far red light irradiation and drought stress. Under the far-red light irradiation mode, three varieties of lettuce were selected, and different degrees of drought conditions were set. Three factors and three-level orthogonal experiments were carried out. The optimal level of orthogonal experiment and the primary and secondary relationship of three factors were determined, and the optimal scheme suitable for lettuce seed germination and seedling growth was analyzed and verified. The results showed that: When the loose leaf varieties were irradiated with far-red light at night there was no drought stress during seed germination. However, under the condition of increasing PEG solution with mass concentration of 100 g/L at seedling stage, the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, root length, stem and leaf length and fresh weight of lettuce seeds reached the optimal level. Compared with the most unfavorable level, the optimal level increased by 107. 84%, 63. 27%, 74. 02%, 173. 75%, 70. 53% and 234. 26%, respectively. The influencing factors of orthogonal test were lettuce variety, far-red light environment and drought degree. The results of verification showed that when seedlings were grown under the intermittent supplementary irradiation of far-red light at night and the condition of mild drought, the root length, stem and leaf length and fresh weight increased by 2. 75%-45. 45%, 13. 43%-67. 10% and 7. 46%-81. 15%, respectively, compared with continuous far red light irradiation or no drought stress. In conclusion, it is more conducive to the elongation of roots, stems and leaves and the accumulation of fresh weight. This study provides references for utilization the means of light to promote plant germination and seedling growth and development.
