摘    要:地膜铺盖技术在棉田大面积推广实施过程中,虽提高棉花产量与农民经济效益,但棉花收获后棉田中的残膜不及时回收降解,将造成土壤环境污染、棉花减产等状况,这已成为危害棉花种植地最严重问题之一,为解决新疆南疆地区秋收后棉田残膜残留问题,设计一种翻土装置与捡膜装置相结合的耕层链耙式残膜回收机,该机主要由翻土装置、松土板和捡膜装置等部件组成。翻土装置将地表0~100 mm土壤翻出,翻出的土壤由松土板撞击松碎,捡膜装置中捡膜齿和刮膜齿将土壤中的残膜回收至集膜箱,最终完成残膜回收过程,该机各部件结构设计合理,符合农业机械设计原理。

Abstract:In the process of large-scale promotion and implementation of cotton film,although the cotton yield and farmers′ economic benefits are improved,the residual film in the cotton field after cotton harvesting is not recycled and degraded in time,which will cause soil environmental pollution and cotton production reduction.This has become a hazard.One of the most serious problems in cotton planting is to solve the problem of residual film residue in cotton field after autumn harvest in southern Xinjiang.A plough layer chain residual film recovery machine combining soil turning device and decimating device was designed.It was composed of turning device,loose soil plate and decimating device.Soil-turning device pulled out soil between 0 and 100 mm on the surface.The soil that was turned out was crushed by loose soil board.Deciduous teeth and scraping membrane teeth in decimating device recover residual film in soil to collecting box.Residual film recycling process was completed,and structural design of each part of machine was reasonable,in line with the design principle of agricultural machinery.
