摘    要:目的]探讨多效唑对草坪草生长和抗热性的影响。方法]采用大田试验和盆栽相结合的方法,研究多效唑对高羊茅草坪草生长及抗热性的影响。结果]结果表明:喷施多效唑能延缓植物生长,还能增加分蘖,提高根冠比,使植株变得枝繁叶茂和矮小,且中等浓度的多效唑406、08、0 mg/m2比较适合用于药剂修剪高羊茅草坪草,100 mg/m2高浓度处理的高羊茅叶片都出现了枯斑,严重影响了草坪的美观。结论]喷施适宜浓度的多效唑,提高了高羊茅的根冠比,增强了草坪草对高温胁迫的抗性。在相关生理指标上,主要表现在喷施多效唑的草坪草,叶片叶绿素含量下降速度减慢,有利于积累光合产物;脯氨酸积累缓慢,叶片的相对含水量较高,可维持较高的生理活性;细胞膜透性受高温伤害程度比较小,更有利于草坪草各项生理生化活动正常进行,使草坪草有利于越夏。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the effects of paclobutrazol on the growth and heat resistance of turfgrass.Method] Combined the field test with pot culture,the effects of paclobutrazol on the growth and heat tolerance of tall tescue turfgrass were studied.Result] The results showed that spraying paclobutrazol not only could delay plant growth,but it could also increase the tillerings,enhance the ratio of root to top and make plant thriving and dwarfish.Paclobutrazol at moderate concentrations of 40,60 and 80 mg/m2 were suitable to be used in the medicament pruning for tall tescue turfgrass.The leaves of tall tescue treated with high concentration of paclobutrazol(100 mg/m2) came forth withered spots,which seriously affected the appearance quality of turf.Conclusion] Spraying suitable concentrations of paclobutrazol increased the ratio of root to top and strengthened the resistance of turfgrass to high-temperature stress.As for the related physiological indexes,when the turfgrass was sprayed with paclobutrazol,the decreasing rate of the chlorophyll content in the leaves was slowed,which was favorable for the accumulation of photosynthate.The accumulation of proline was slow and the relative water content of the leaves was higher,which could maintain higher physiological activities.The damage degree by high temperature was smaller,which was more favorable for normal running of physiological and biochemical activities in turfgrass and make turfgrass propitious to go through summer.
