| Abstract: | Based on the rational knowledge of countryside farmers' organization and new countryside law construction,explorations to the path of legal construction in advancing political system reform,strengthening new socialist countryside legislation and so on were put forward in this paper.Some corresponding countermeasure were proposed,hoping to help to solve problems in the legal construction the present new rural reconstruction faced. |
