| 摘 要： | 目的]利用《农用地分等规程》中所给出的因素法进行农用地分等,研究其不同指标区间分等结果的可比性,从而为今后的农用地分等工作提供修正依据。方法]对陕西省内分别属于不同指标区的户县和合阳县的分等结果中共同分等因素对应的分区间进行对比分析。结果]属于关中渭河平原区的户县和属于渭北黄土旱塬的合阳县3个相同等别的农用地,其土地自然条件是不一致的。结论]在农用地分等中,由于不同指标区的分等因素以及所占权重不同,各指标区间分等结果不可比。
