| 摘 要： | 气候变暖使乌鲁木齐市冬季气温上升明显,对乌鲁木齐市采暖各项指标均有显著影响。根据国家有关规范中关于采暖气候条件的规定,通过对乌鲁木齐市近30年气象资料的分析发现:乌鲁木齐市冬季气候变暖,使得采暖期平均气温显著上升、最低气温负积温明显减少。采暖初日和终日有明显推后与提前趋势。气候变暖对供暖设计室外温度影响较大,使用近30年资料计算得到的温度比现行标准高3.6℃。乌鲁木齐市采暖期节能空间较大。
