菜青虫感染玫烟色拟青霉后营养生理变化的研究

摘    要:菜青虫被玫烟色拟青霉PF9606菌株侵染后,幼虫的取食量及体重增加量均明显低于对照。接种72h,2×107孢子/ml和2×108孢子/ml两种浓度处理的3龄菜青虫的取食量分别比对照降低18.3%和31.7%,4龄菜青虫的取食量分别比对照降低9.8%和16.4%,且高剂量的影响明显高于低剂量的影响。

Abstract:The appetite and body weight increment of infected cabbage caterpillar were obviously lighter than CK.After infected 72h,the appetite of 3rd instar cabbage caterpillar's inoculanted by 2×107 conidia/ml and 8×107 conidia/ml reduced by 18.3% and 31.7% respectively than CK with by 9.8% and 16.4% for 4th larvae.The influence was stronger as dosage increasing.
