摘    要:【目的】 研究不同杀虫剂对新疆阿克苏地区绿盲蝽的毒力效果,为绿盲蝽防控提供科学依据。【方法】 采用玻璃管药膜法,比较9种杀虫剂对阿克苏地区绿盲蝽成虫的毒力效果。【结果】 9种杀虫剂对绿盲蝽成虫的毒力作用均随着药剂浓度的升高而增强,其对绿盲蝽成虫的毒力效果从高到低的顺序依次为丁硫克百威>毒死蜱>呋虫胺>氟啶虫胺腈>高效氯氟氰菊酯>啶虫脒>吡虫啉>噻虫嗪>阿维菌素;阿克苏地区不同采样点绿盲蝽种群对药剂的敏感性水平不同。【结论】 在棉花花蕾期,可选用丁硫克百威、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺作为目前防治该虫用的啶虫脒与高效氯氟氰菊酯等常规农药的替代药剂轮换使用,有效控制绿盲蝽发生和危害。

Abstract:【Objective】 To effectively prevent and control the newly discovered Apolygus lucorum in Aksu district, Xinjiang, guide the scientific use of insecticides, and provide scientific basis.【Methods】 In this study, the virulence effects of nine insecticides on adults of A. lucorum in Aksu district were compared.【Results】 The toxicity of the nine insecticides to the adults of A. lucorum increased with the increase of the concentration of the insecticide. The order of toxicity to the adults of A. lucorum was as follows: carbosulfun > chlorpyrifos > dinotefuran > sulfoxaflor > lambda-cyhalothrin > acetamiprid > imidacloprid > thiamethoxam > avermectin; It was also found that the sensitivity of A. lucorum population to agents was different in Aksu district.【Conclusion】 In that period of A. lucorum, lambda-cyhalothrin and acetamiprid can be selected as conventional insecticides for the control of the insect, carbosulfun, dinotefuran and sulfoxaflorcan also be used as alternatives and rotating insecticides for the control of A. lucorum to effectively control of its occurrence and hazards.
