| 摘 要： | 建设文明乡风是提升农民素质的重要途径。高素质农民是质量兴农的前提因素，质量兴农
提高农民的生活质量，富裕的农民是乡风文明的建设者。文明乡风建设与质量兴农两者相互依托、相
互促进。笔者根据近几年来湖北的发展状况，对于如何加速湖北省乡风文明建设，让湖北地区的乡村
走质量兴农之路进行深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Building a civilized local style is an important way to improve the quality of farmers. High quality
farmers are the prerequisite factors for the quality of agriculture, the quality of agriculture to improve the
quality of life of farmers, rich farmers are the builders of rural civilization. The construction of civilized local
style and the quality of agriculture both rely on each other and promote each other. According to the develop?
ment of Hubei in recent years, the author discusses how to accelerate the construction of rural civilization in
Hubei Province and make the villages in Hubei region take the road of promoting agriculture by quality. |
