| 摘 要： | 随着生态文明建设进入白热化，乡村振兴战略实施也因为脱贫攻坚战而变得刻不容缓，生态
农业则成为如此背景下的产物之一，以金伟源生态农业有限责任公司为例，我们对其经营管理状况进
行了调查，依据目前供不应求的优势，良好的外界声誉和存在的巨大潜力，努力开拓其周边的市场，加
大宣传力度，创造更多就业机会，形成以金伟源生态农业有限责任公司为龙头企业，以当地学校毕业
生为主要技术来源，带领当地农民形成产业化，规模化，专业化的发展，提高经济水平，实现乡村振兴。
