| 摘 要： | 随着乡村振兴战略的提出，特色小镇在全国各地如火如荼地建设中。什么样的小镇具有特
色培养的潜质，以哪类产业为主导切入，都是特色小镇避免“一窝蜂”“同质化”的关键因素。本文以青
州状元小镇为例，分析与研究如何打造乡村振兴背景下的特色小镇，从而更好地推动青州市特色小镇
的建设。

the whole country, such as fire. What kind of town has the characteristic of the characteristic culture, which
