烯效唑对‘夏黑’葡萄生理特性及品质的影响

摘    要:试验以3年生‘夏黑’葡萄为试验材料,分别在开花期、坐果期、果实膨大期、转色期用不同浓度(0、30、60、90、120 mg/L)的烯效唑进行全树喷施,研究其对‘夏黑’葡萄生理特性和品质的影响。结果表明,随着烯效唑浓度的增加‘夏黑’葡萄脯氨酸含量(Pro)、可溶性蛋白含量(SP)、过氧化物酶活性(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)呈现‘先升后降’,在T3处理时达到最大值,而电导率(REC)和丙二醛含量(MDA)呈现‘先降后升’,分别在T2和T3时降低最明显;在品质方面,T2与T3处理显著增加了单穗重、可溶性固形物含量、固酸比、果实可溶性蛋白含量、花青素含量、Vc含量,同时降低了果实总酸含量、果实硬度、类黄酮含量。各浓度烯效唑处理对单粒重、果实纵横径、果形指数、总酚含量有所增加,但差异性不显著(P>0.05)。另外,高浓度烯效唑(T4)会降低单穗重和单粒重。由主成分分析可知,各处理的综合评价排名依次为T2>T3>T1>T4>CK。以上结果表明,喷施60 mg/L的烯效唑对于提高‘夏黑’葡萄生理活性和果实品质的综合效果最好。

Abstract:Seedlings of three-year-old of the grape cultivar ‘Summer Black’ were employed as experiment materials,and uniconazole with the concentrations of 0,30,60,90,120 mg/L (denoted by control,T1,T2,T3,and T4 was sprayed on the whole seedlings at flowering,fruit setting,fruit expanding and color changing stages,respectively to study the effect of uniconazole on growth physiological characteristics and fruit quality.The results showed that the proline content,soluble protein content,peroxidase activity,superoxide dismutase activity,catalase activity all presented ‘increase-decreasing’ trends,and reached the maximum values at T3 treatment,while relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content showed ‘decrease-increase’ trend,in which the decreases were most significant at T2 and T3 treatments,respectively.In terms of quality,T2 and T3 treatments significantly increased single spike weight,soluble solid content,solid-acid ratio,fruit soluble protein content,anthocyanin content,and Vc content,while reduced total acid content,fruit hardness,and flavonoid content.Uniconazole treatments at different concentrations increased single grain weight,fruit aspect diameter,fruit shape index,and total phenol content,but the differences were not significant (P>0.05).In addition,high-concentration uniconazole (T4) reduced single spike weight and single grain weight.Based on the principal component analysis,the comprehensive evaluation rank was in the order of T2>T3>T1>T4>control.The above results showed that spraying 60 mg/L of uniconazole had the best effect on improving the physiological activity and fruit quality of grape cultivar ‘Summer Black’.
