| 摘 要： | 本文利用通用的社会调查方法，对中国高校学报编辑部的隶属关系，行政级别、办刊条件、编辑队伍、编辑待遇、学报的主要特点，存在的问题进行了深入的调查分析。在此基础上，提出了面向２１世纪，加强高校学报的治理与整顿；从战略高度出发，努力造就一支过硬的青年编辑队伍；采取措施，稳定队伍，促进高校学报健康发展；适应时代发展的要求，加快编辑办公自动化的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Based on the social investigation and survey of all the academic journals and magazines published by the universities and colleges in China,a detailed analysis of the following aspects has been made:the relationship of the periodial subordination,administrative rank,conditions of editing and publication,editors and their salaries,the main characteristics,and the existing problems.To improve periodical quality,to make further progress the following developing strategies and measures,based on the analysis,are suggested:strengthening the leadership of the magazines and rectification,building up a young stable editing contigent of high-quality ,and automatization of edition. |
