谷氨酰胺及其前体物对松浦镜鲤组织抗氧化能力及血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在探究谷氨酰胺及其前体物对松浦镜鲤组织抗氧化能力及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用平均体重为(40.27±3.96)g的松浦镜鲤幼鱼1 050尾,随机分成7组,每组5个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。在基础饲料中分别添加1.5%的葡萄糖(对照)、谷氨酰胺(Gln)、谷氨酸(Glu)、α-酮戊二酸(AKG)、L-鸟氨酸-α-酮戊二酸(OKG)、L-精氨酸-α-酮戊二酸(AAKG)、α-酮戊二酸钠(2Na-AKG),配制成等氮等能的7种饲料,分别投喂7组试验鱼。养殖试验为期8周。结果表明:肠道中,Gln和Glu组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P0.05),Gln组谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著高于对照组(P0.05),Glu、AKG、OKG和2 Na-AKG组丙二醛(M DA)含量显著低于对照组(P0.05);肝脏中,Gln和Glu组SOD活性显著高于其他各组(P0.05),GSH含量各组间无显著差异(P0.05),Gln、Glu、AKG、2Na-AKG和OKG组MDA含量显著低于对照组(P0.05);血清中,OKG和2Na-AKG组SOD活性显著高于对照组(P0.05),2Na-AKG组GSH含量显著低于对照组(P0.05),MDA含量各组间差异不显著(P0.05)。与对照组相比,Gln、Glu、AKG组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著升高(P0.05),2 Na-AKG组显著降低(P0.05);AAKG组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著升高(P0.05),OKG和2 Na-AKG组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著升高(P0.05),AKG组血清AST活性显著降低(P0.05);AAKG组血清总胆固醇(TCHO)含量显著降低(P0.05);AKG组血清葡萄糖含量显著降低(P0.05)。综上所述,Gln及其前体物对松浦镜鲤的组织抗氧化能力均有一定影响,从机体对脂质过氧化产物的清除能力看,以Glu、AKG、OKG和2Na-AKG的效果较佳;Gln、Glu和AKG可提高机体的蛋白质利用率和免疫力,AKG还可降低血清葡萄糖含量。

Effects of Glutamine and Its Precursors on Tissue Antioxidant Capacity and Serum Biochemical Indices of Songpu Mirror Carp
Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of glutamine ( Gln) and its precursors on tissue antioxidant capacity and serum biochemical indices of Songpu mirror carp.A total of 1 050 Songpu mirror carp with an average body weight of (40.27±3.96) g were randomly selected and divided into 7 groups with 5 rep-licates per group, and 30 fish in each replicate.The fish in those groups were fed 7 isonitrogenous and isocalor-ic diets with 1.5%glucose ( control) , glutamine ( Gln) , glutamate ( Glu) , alpha-ketoglutarate ( AKG) , orni-thine-alpha-ketoglutarate ( OKG ) , arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate ( AAKG ) and sodium alpha-ketoglutarate di-basic ( 2Na-AKG) , respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 8 weeks.The results showed as follows: the su-peroxide dismutase ( SOD ) activity of the Gln and Glu groups was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05) , the content of glutathione ( GSH) of the Gln group was significantly higher than that of con-trol group ( P<0.05) , the content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) of the Glu, AKG, OKG and 2Na-AKG groups was significantly lower than that of control group ( P<0.05) in intestine;the SOD activity of the Gln and Glu groups was significantly higher than that of other groups ( P<0.05) , the content of GSH had no significant difference among the groups ( P>0.05) , the content of MDA of the Gln, Glu, AKG, 2Na-AKG and OKG groups was significantly lower than that of control group ( P<0.05) in liver;the SOD activity of the OKG and 2Na-AKG groups was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the content of GSH of the 2Na-AKG group was significantly lower than that of control group ( P<0.05) , the content of MDA had no sig-nificant difference among the groups ( P>0.05) in serum.Compared with the control group, the serum TP content of the Gln, Glu and AKG groups was significantly increased ( P<0.05) , and that of 2Na-AKG group was significantly decreased ( P<0.05); the serum alanine transarninase ( ALT) activity of the AAKG group was significantly increased ( P<0.05) , the serum aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) activity of the OKG and 2Na-AKG groups was significantly increased ( P<0.05) and that of the AKG group was significantly decreased ( P<0.05); the serum total cholesterol ( TCHO) content of the AAKG group was significantly decreased ( P<0.05); the serum glucose content of the AKG group was significantly decreased (P<0.05).In conclusion, Gln and its precursors have some effect on tissue antioxidant capacity, and AKG, OKG, 2Na-AKG are better than others on removal of lipid peroxidation products; Gln, Glu and AKG can improve the protein utilization and immunity, moreover, AKG can reduce the blood glucose content.
