提高冬培马铃薯苗抗逆适应的隔地苗床模式研究

摘    要:以无膜垫层隔地苗床为对照,研究了全膜垫层苗床和孔膜垫层苗床对冬培马铃薯苗生物量构成、光合效率、渗透调节性能和膜脂过氧化伤害的影响。结果表明,①膜垫层隔离苗床使不同生育期马铃薯株高、茎粗、叶面积、根、匍匐茎和块茎生长加快,总生物量增加;②膜垫层隔地苗床使马铃薯净光合速率、蒸腾效率和脯氨酸增加;③不同模式隔地苗床中,马铃薯叶片丙二醛表现为:无膜>全膜>孔膜;根部丙二醛表现为:全膜>无膜>孔膜。在马铃薯隔地冬培中,孔膜垫层苗床和全膜垫层苗床使马铃薯生长加快,光和效率和渗透调节功能加强,而且,孔膜垫层能有效减少冬培中亚低温、弱光和高湿所诱发的膜脂过氧化伤害。

Abstract:With no membrane cushion seedbed for the contrast,the effect of entire membrane cushion seedbed and holes membrane cushion seedbed’s on biomass composition,photosynthetic efficiency,osmotic adjustment performance and lipid per-oxidation damage of winter Potato seedling were researched.The results showed that: ①membrane cushion seedbed accelerated potato plant height,leaf area,root,stolon and tuber growth at different growth stages;②membrane cushion seedbed caused the potato net photosynthetic rate,transpiration efficiency and Pro content increased;③in different modes of seedbed,the potato leaf MDA content was: no membrane cushion,entire membrane cushion,holes membrane cushion,root MDA content was: entire membrane cushion,no membrane cushion,holes membrane cushion.It concluded that membrane cushion seedbed could accelerate potato growth,enhance osmotic adjustment and photosynthetic efficiency,moreover,holes membrane cushion seedbed could induced lipid per-oxidation damage of winter training in circumstance of lower temperature,weak light and high humidity.
