| 摘 要： | 综述了遗传标记中的生物化学标记和分子标记在四川黑山羊遗传育种中的应用,重点论述了分子标记随机扩增多态DNA、DNA指纹、随机片段长度多态、微卫星DNA、线粒体DNA在四川黑山羊的起源和进化、群体亲缘关系及群体遗传结构分析、重要经济性状标记、基因图谱的构建和QTL定位、标记辅助选择(MAS)、系谱鉴定与亲子鉴定,以及杂种优势预测等方面的应用。并对其发展前景作了展望。
