摘    要:以观音莲的顶芽或侧芽为外植体进行离体培养,结果显示6-BA对观音莲丛生芽的诱导和增殖有促进作用,在MS+6-BA5mg/L的培养基上培养30d,增殖率为4.1,丛生芽切割成小苗亦可增殖。NAA对增殖和生根均无影响,小苗在增殖培养基上即可生根。在25 ̄30℃的气温下,观音莲试管苗的移栽成活率可达90%以上。

Abstract:BA could promote Alocasia macrorrhiza cluster shoots' induction and propagation.The cluster shoots propagation coefficient was 4 1 in 30 days in medium MS 6-BA 5 mg/L.Singlebud from cluster shoots could also propagate.The shoots could root in propagation medium.NAA had no role on propagation and rooting. The survial rate of tube plantlet could be over 90% at proper temperature.
