| 摘 要： | 结合水产养殖专业实习的特点,指出了高职高专水产养殖专业女生实习存在的主要问题,根据女生自身特点,分析了问题存在的原因,并针对女生思想、工作、生活和管理等方面提出了相应的改进措施,并取得了良好的效果,以期为水产专业女生的实习管理提供参考。
