摘    要:通过不同贮藏温度(17℃,12℃,7℃)对黄瓜秧苗产后主要质量指标的研究结果表明:到第12天叶绿素分别下降了27.2%,26.7%,33.2%,根系活力分别下降了85.0%,84.6%,93.3%,PRO分别上升了57.1%,56.0%,72.2%,MDA分别上升了32.0%,30.3%,48.0%。12℃下贮藏的秧苗较其他贮藏温度的秧苗,叶绿素和根系活力下降较小,PRO和MDA含量两项指标上升较少,地上地下部分生长平衡,质量得到较好的保持。

Abstract:The effect of different store temperature( 17 ℃, 12 ℃ ,7 ℃ )on main quality index of cucumber seedlings during store was studied. The results showed that Chlorophyll decreased by 27.2 % ,26. 7 % ,33.2 % respectively. Activity of root system decreased by 85.0 % ,84. 6 % ,93.3 % respectively. PRO decreased by 57. 1% ,56. 0 % ,72. 2 % respectively. MDA decreased by 32.0 %, 30. 3 % , 48. 0 % respectively on the 9th day. The decrease of activity of root system, chlorophyll, PRO, MDA content in 12℃ were relatively little ,and after field planting,seedlings quality was better than others.
