基于虚拟样机技术的蛇行试验仿真分析

摘    要:利用MSC.ADAMS/CAR建立了前后悬架、转向、动力等子系统的仿真模型,并组装成整车虚拟样机系统模型。通过驾驶员控制文件DCF和驾驶员控制数据文件DCD的配合使用,设置驾驶员-汽车-外界环境闭环系统的蛇行路径,最后按照国家标准对整车进行蛇行试验仿真,并对分析结果进行评价。

Abstract:A virtual prototype vehicle model including front and rear suspension,steering,powertrain subsystem etc is established using MSC.ADAMS/CAR.Snaking course of driver-vehicle-environment closed loop system is established by setting the files of driver control file and driver control data file.Finally,a vehicle snaking test simulation is carried out according to GB standards,and the estimate on analysis result is made.
