摘    要:利用79对SSR引物对河南省审定的46个小麦品种进行了分析.结果表明,79对引物共检测到298个等位变异,每个引物检测到的等位变异数目2-7个,平均3.77个.28个品种具有1个或1个以上特异等位位点,有些SSR位点还出现了较多的特异等位位点.79个SSR位点的遗传多态性信息含量在0.04-0.82之间,平均值为0.49.品种间的遗传相似系数在0.33-0.84之间,平均为0.50.聚类分析把这些品种分为6大类和8个亚类,这反映出亲本的特性和其间的亲缘关系.

Abstract:Seventy-nine pairs of simple sequence repeats(SSR) primers were used to study the genetic diversity of forty-six registered wheat cultivars of Henan Province.The results show that the 79 pairs of primers produced a total of 298 polymorphic amplified fragments.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 3.77 ranging from 2 to 7.Twenty-eight cultivars had one or more special alleles,and some SSR loci had more special alleles too.The polymorphism information content(PIC) of the SSR loci varied from 0.04 to 0.82 with an average of 0.49.Genetic similarities among the 46 cultivars ranged from 0.33 to 0.84 with an average of 0.50.The cluster analysis divided the cultivars into 6 groups and eight sub-groups,which could distinguish the characters of the cultivars and reveal the relationship among them.
