| 摘 要： | 利用 RT-PCR方法从红巴梨成熟果皮中克隆出花青素生成相关基因 f3 h的全长片段 (1 0 95 bp) .核苷酸序列测定表明 ,该基因与苹果的 f 3 h基因同源性高达 97% .

| Abstract: | The 1 095 bp fragment of f3h gene of anthocyanin biosynthesis was cloned from fruit peel of riped Red Bartllet pear by RT PCR method. cDNA sequence showed that it was 97% homologous with that of f3h cDNA from Fuji apple. |
