摘    要:根据猪肺炎支原体的P36基因序列设计一对引物,建立猪肺炎支原体PCR检测方法,并对该方法进行了特异性和敏感性试验。成功建立了猪肺炎支原体特异且敏感的PCR检测方法,可区别猪鼻支原体、絮状支原体和鸡毒支原体,最低检出量为4.26 ng。

Abstract:Aim To establish a PCR method for identification of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(Mhp).Method According to the P36 gene of Mhp, two primers were designed.And the specificity and sensibility assay were performed.Result Mhp gene could be Specifically amplified and be different from the genes of Mycoplasma hyorhinitis,Mycoplasma hyorhinitis and Mycoplasma gallisepticum.In addition,the method could detect at least 4.26ng of Mhp genome.Conclusion The PCR method for detecting Mhp was developed with high specificity and sensibility.
