| 摘 要： | 本研究首先在春茬茄子上进行了野生番茄和野生茄子2种类型嫁接砧木对茄子黄萎病的防效试验,结果显示,用野生番茄作砧木嫁接茄子效果较好,不仅发病率较低,且产量较高。而后,对搜集的番茄砧木品种进一步在黄萎病发病较重的秋茬茄子上继续进行试验,以筛选出抗病、丰产的茄子嫁接砧木。结果显示,用满田2185番茄嫁接茄子黄萎病发病率最低(仅14.29%),且产量最高(较对照相对增产率达337.36%)。表明用满田2185嫁接茄子,可以有效防治茄子黄萎病的发生。

| Abstract: | Wild tomato and eggplant were used as rootstocks to control eggplant Verticillium Wilt in spring.The results showed that the effect of wild tomato was better with low occurrence rate and high yield.The collected wild tomato varieties were grafted on eggplant in autumn,and the ones with disease resistance and high yield were selected.The results showed that the effects of Mantian 2185 were better,the occurrence rate was only 14.29%,and the yield was the highest,that was to say,it could control eggplant Verticillium Wilt effectively. |
