摘    要:以两种十字花科类短命植物大蒜芥(Sisybrium altissimum L.)和线果芥(Conringia planisiliqua L.)为材料,利用不同浓度的PEG-6000对二者种子和幼苗进行胁迫,统计种子的发芽率并测定苗期叶片相对含水量,从而筛选出合适的PEG-6000胁迫浓度。测定幼苗胁迫后的7种生理生化指标,然后与拟南芥进行比较,综合评价其抗旱性。结果发现,大蒜芥和线果芥幼苗具有较强的抗旱性;脯氨酸、MDA、SOD、POD等指标可作为大蒜芥抗旱性研究的良好参数;脯氨酸、可溶性糖、MDA、SOD、CAT等指标可用来对线果芥进行抗旱性研究。

Abstract:In this study,the Sisybrium altissimum L.and Conringia planisiliqua L.of the two Cruciferous ephemeral plants were used as test materials,whose seeds and seedlings were stressed by PEG-6000 with different concentrations and germination percentage of seeds were counted and the relative moisture content of leaf in seedling period were tested,thus screening the concentration suitable for PEG-6000 stress and determining seven physiological and biochemical indexes after seedlings were stressed then compared them with Arabidopsis thaliana thus comprehensively assessing its drought-resistance.Finally it was discovered that the seedlings of Sisybrium altissimum L.and Conringia planisiliqua L.had stronger drought resistance;The indexes of their proline,MDA,SOD,POD could be used as good parameters for drought resistance research of Sisybrium altissimum L.;The indexes of proline,soluble sugar,MDA,SOD,CAT could be used as drought-resistance research of Conringia planisiliqua L.
