摘    要:以10a生库尔勒香梨的1a生枝条为材料,研究不同施肥量对提高库尔勒香梨抗寒性的关系。农家羊粪施用量分别为50,80,100kg/株,对照施用量为30kg/株,在人工低温胁迫条件下测定膜透性、可溶性糖、淀粉、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标。研究结果表明,各处理在低温胁迫下变化趋势明显,其中膜透性、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛随着低温胁迫的加剧,各测定值呈不同程度增加。淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量值呈负相关趋势。各施肥处理在-28℃时差异明显。库尔勒香梨不同施肥处理在低温胁迫下的抗寒顺序为:100kg/株>80kg/株>50kg/株。在生产中每株香梨树施80~100kg农家羊粪可提高抗寒能力。

Abstract:This study was carried out to reveal the relations of different fertilizer rate with the increase of cold resistance of Korla Fragrant Pear by using 1 a unripe baraches of 10 a unripe Korla Fragrant Pear as materials.The farm sheep excrement fertilizer rate were 50,80,100 kg/plant respectively,that of the control group was 30 kg/plant,the indexes of membrane permeabity,soluble sugar,starch,free proline,malondialdehyde(MDA) content were determined under the artificial low temperature stress conditions.The result showed that the changes treated with low temperature stress were significant,among which all the determined value of membrane permeability,soluble sugar,proline and malondiadehyde were increased to varying extent with intenfying of low temperature stress.All the fertilization treatments had significant differences when being-28 ℃.The sequence of cold resistance of Korla Fragrant Pear in different fertilization treatments under low temperature stress was as follows:100 kg/plant>80 kg/plant>50 kg/plant.In the production,each fragrant pear tree could improve its cold resistance ability when it was applied with 80-100 kg/plant of farm sheep excrement.
