| 摘 要： | 国际灌排委员会成立于１９５０ 年，它是当今世界在灌溉排水领域中最大、最有影响的国际学术机构，其成立目的是通过改进水土资源管理和采用合适的灌溉、排水和防洪技术来提高灌排土地上的作物产量，从而满足全人类对粮食和物质的需求。本文扼要介绍国际灌排委员会的组织机构和五十年来所取得的成就，以及中国作为一个积极的会员国对ＩＣＩＤ 的支持

| Abstract: | ICID was funded in 1950 ,it is the largest and the most influentional international acadmic institute in the world ,aiming atraising the production of the irragtion and drainage field through improving the management of the sorce of water and soil ,adopting appropriateirrigation and drainage and appropriatetechnique offlood control measures ,thus meetthe need offood and material ofthe peoplethrough outthe world . This article presents the orgnization of the ICIDand the achievement it gained ,in brief,and the supportofchina as an active memberstate to it. |
