| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明，猪、犬旋毛虫头部、表皮、皮下腺细胞开孔、生殖乳突、泄殖腔开口和交合钟以及雌虫的阴门与肛门的形态结构基本相同．犬旋毛虫雄性成虫伪囊顶端较尖，呈圆锥形；而猪旋毛虫的伪囊顶端有的较钝圆，又有的较尖，呈圆锥形，由于猪旋毛虫的伪囊本身形态上就有变异，因此，猪、犬旋毛虫之间难以区别．

| Abstract: | The surface morphology of Trichinella sp. from swine and dogs was examined by scanning electron microscopy in an attempt to find the characteristics useful for distinguishing thetwo isolates.It was found that the morphologlcal charactcrlstlcs of head, cuticle ridges and folds,hypodemal gland cell pores,genital papillae,cloacal aperture,vulva and anal opening were indistinguishable and do not differ in size. The distal ends of the lobes of pseudobursa of Trichinellasp.form dogs were conical; By comparison, some of the distal ends of the pseudobursa lobes of Trichinella sp. from swinem,were conical, some round because of considerable morphological variability of the isolates from swine. So it is difficult to distinguish the two isolates of Trichinella sp.from swine and dogs morphologically. |
