长江下游夏大豆地方品种群体中改进蛋白质含量油分含量和产量的选择指数

摘    要:以长江下游夏大豆地方品种群体为基础,对蛋白质含量、油分含量和产量的单一和多目标性状的非限制性和限制性选择指数进行了研究。结果表明:指数选择具有比直接选择稍高的效率;若旨在提高产量,其选择指数以多目标性状优于单一目标性状;若旨在提高蛋白质含量,则以单一目标性状选择指数为宜。限制蛋白质含量不变,对产量以及对蛋白质、油分、产量三者的选择指数,可以控制蛋白质含量下降。限制油分不变,对蛋白质含量的选择指数则可以控制油分含量的下降。此种限制性选择指数的选择效率略低于非限制性选择指数的效率。

Abstract:The results indicated that the unrestricted selection indices might provide slightlyhigher genetic advances than the direct selection for the trait did.For the improvement ofyield,the indices for multiple target traits including protein content,oil content andyield had an advantage over those for single target trait (yield).But for the improvementof protein content,the indices for single target trait(protein content) should be appro-priate.The indices for improving yield,protein content and oil content wich restrictingthe gain of protein content to zcro and those for improving protein content with re-stricting the gain of oil content to zero could prevent dropping of the protein content andoil content and also provide only slightly lower gain than those of unrestricted selectionindices.
