摘    要:以湘早籼33和01早5202为材料,探讨了其愈伤组织在组织培养过程中内源激素的变化及其与农杆菌遗传转化之间的关系。结果表明,不同继代培养时期的愈伤组织,农杆菌遗传转化频率不同。相关性分析表明,内源IAA和Z含量与愈伤组织转化频率呈正相关,而内源赤霉素(GA3)和脱落酸(ABA)含量与愈伤组织转化频率相关关系不明显。

Abstract:The relationship between endogenous hormones and genetic transformation by Agrobcterium tumefaciens was studied during calli culture by Xiangzao xian indica 33 and 01 Zao 5202.The results showed that the transformation frequency by A.tumefaciens in different calli culture stage for Indica rice was different.Correlative analysis showed that there was positive relationship between transformation efficiency and endogenous IAA and Z content,and insignificant relationship between transformation efficiency and en...
