| 摘 要： | 以湘早籼33和01早5202为材料，探讨了其愈伤组织在组织培养过程中内源激素的变化及其与农杆菌遗传转化之间的关系。结果表明，不同继代培养时期的愈伤组织，农杆菌遗传转化频率不同。相关性分析表明，内源IAA和Z含量与愈伤组织转化频率呈正相关，而内源赤霉素（GA3）和脱落酸（ABA）含量与愈伤组织转化频率相关关系不明显。 |
