气力式油菜精量排种器气流场仿真分析

摘    要:排种器排种性能直接影响播种机工作质量,为确定气力式油菜精量排种器的结构参数、气流场的运动状况,以ANSYS/CFX为工具,按照正交试验的方法,分别对正压区、负压区气流场进行了仿真研究,并对仿真结果进行了试验验证.研究表明:排种盘型孔数量是影响气流场和排种质量的重要因素;排种盘型孔数量为25时,负压区型孔压强为-754 Pa,排种器合格指数达94.2%.
