| 摘 要： | 采用微波消解处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定了我国不同地区谷子品种中K、Mg、Ca、Fe、Na、Zn、Mn、Cr、Pb等微量元素的含量.结果表明:谷子中含有丰富的对人体有益的K、Mg、Ca、Fe、Na、Zn、Mn微量元素,相对有害元素Cr和Pb含量很少;不同地区谷子品种间营养元素含量有一定差异.分析结果的相对标准偏差为0.5%～4.89%.用ICP-OES法测定谷子品种中微量元素,快速、可靠、灵敏度高,且可同时测定多种元素,环境污染小,适合常规分析.

| Abstract: | The results from determining K,Mg,Ca,Fe,Na,Zn,Mn,Cr and Pb content of different millet varieties in China showed that there is rich in Ca,Mg,Fe,Na,Zn,Mn and K,and little Cr and Pb in millet,there is a certain difference between different varieties planted different areas in nutrition elements.The relative standard deviation of analysis results is 0.5% to 4.89%.ICP-OES with the advantage of rapidity,reliability,high sensitivity and determining many elements simultaneously can be used in conventional analysis... |
