| 摘 要： | 随着重庆市次级河流水污染综合整治的大规模展开,对次级河流整治的思路、目标、方法、管理等问题的认识尚不十分明确。在次级河流综合整治过程中,首先应采取综合管理、生态治理的综合整治策略和思路;其次应尽快建立重庆市次级河流综合整治评价指标体系,根据确定的整治目标,选择恰当的河流水污染治理技术并进行集成。完善现有的管理模式,实现管理制度的创新,形成多部门协作管理、广大民众广泛参与的社会化河流污染综合整治管理新模式。

| Abstract: | Although the water pollution in secondary river in Chongqing was harnessed extensively,the understanding of the problems such as idea,objective,way and management of harnessing of the secondary river was not very clear.It was suggested that the strategy of comprehensive management and ecological controlling should be adopted firstly in the course of the control of secondary river;the assessment index system of integrated control of the secondary river in Chongqing should be established quickly;the proper techniques of water pollution prevention and control that geared to the aim of the control should be chosen and integrated.A new pattern of the river pollution control should be established that many branches were cooperated in management and people participated in extensively by perfection of existing management style and annovation of the management system. |
