| 摘 要： | 目的:考察银翘药对的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小白鼠耳廓肿胀非特异性炎症模型,分别研究了金银花提取液、连翘提取液、二者合并液及混煎提取液的抗炎作用。结果:4种提取液在高剂量时与对照组比较差异显著,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P0.01);4种提取液组间比较,混煎液在高剂量和中剂量时与金银花提取液比较呈现差异极显著和显著作用,在高剂量与连翘提取液呈现差异显著,合并液在高剂量时与金银花提取液呈现差异极显著。结论:混煎提取液的抗炎作用最强,合并液抗炎作用较强,金银花提取液抗炎作用不明显。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:The anti-inflammatory effects of couple-yinqiao was investgated in this experiment. Methods: Xylene induced non-specific inflammation models of auricle tumefaction mice were adopted, then anti-inflammatory effects of Honeysuckle extract, Forsythia extract, mixed extract and combined decoction extract were studied.
